[From] his august father, His Majesty Neareay Reameathipadei, protected by the sun, supreme chief of the gods, great universal monarch, very pure, sitting as the summit of tehe kingdom and people, of radiant birth, of illustrious lineage, reigning over the country of the Kambujā, the great city of Indapatt, the kingdom of the Kuru, the royal capital, charming city exceeding all others, the great palace. (His Majesty Ang Eng) [From] his august mother, Her Majesty the Queen, of princely lineage, of supreme beauty, august, of supreme and excellent balance, universal, source of happiness, very pure. (Ros) Day of ascending the throne On the year 2391 of the Buddhist era, 1847 of the Christian era, 1769 of the Great era, 1209 of the Small era, on Tuesday, the first day of the waxing moon of the month of phalguṇ, year of the Goat, ninth year of the decade, at the age of 52 years old, His Majesty Harireak Reamea Issarathipadei, protected by the sun, virtuous, august, supreme chief of the gods, great universal monarch, supreme protector, very pure, sitting as the master and summit of the kingdom and people, of radiant birth, of illustrious lineage, reigning over the country of the Kambujā, the great Indapatt, splendid and eminently prosperous city, sovereign prince, king of kings, whose purity exceeds all others, very pure, master of lives above the heads, sitting inside the royal palace of Udong Mean Chey.
