1En 2454 de l’ère bouddhique, 1833 de la grande ère, 1273 de la petite ère,

2en l’année du Porc troisième de la décade, le jeudi onzième jour de la lune décroissante, du mois d’asoch,

3c’est-à-dire le 19 octobre, 1911 de l’ère chrétienne,

4Sa Majesté Sisowath, roi du Cambodge

5construisit [le temple] et célébra la cérémonie d’implantation des bornes,

6et inaugura ce vihea Atharoeh, situé dans la province de Sâmraong

7Tông, en compagnie de Sâmdach Preah Moha Sângha

8Neayuak Teang qui s’occupait personnellement des travaux de construction

9du sanctuaire commencés depuis le règne de Sa Majesté

10Norodom, roi du Cambodge. Ces travaux ont été réalisés grâce

11au budget du trésor royal et aux dons du peuple [khmer].

12Par les mérites acquis, [nous] souhaitons que dans les vies futures rencontrer le Bouddha

13et atteindre le nirvana.
