Vīramohaṉ Kāṭavarāyaṉ may be Ēḻicaimohaṉ, the son of the Kāṭavarāya King Āṭkolliyār.
Since this inscription is found on the base of a small shrine, it may refer to the construction of this small shrine, as a service.
