9-1016th year of the glorious king Rājarājakesarivarman,

10-15For the Mahādeva, the Lord of the Rudravālīśvara [temple] in Naraciṅkamaṇkalam, ... (piṟattu) of the Uttamacōḻēśvara, east of the Cittiramēkam tank, in the Kāliyūrkkōṭṭam, for half a lamp that Tiyaṅkuṭaiyāṉampaṉirāmaṉ gave, the great undying and unaging goats [are] fourty-six.
16These [are under] the protection of the Paṉmāheśvaras.
16-17These half lamps should burn.
17-19He who think/does harm/evil (tīṅku) to/about these goats obtains a sin made between the Ganges and Kumari.
