20 vaiy·yātaṉa • This is probably to be understood as vaittaṉa ("that which were given") or vaittēṉ ("I gave").
1-10 ... the glorious hero who is the large ornament of the world and the son of ... , the first born, in the glorious Sthāli, to Śambhu, the master of the [three] worlds in the form of a liṅga ... the very large abode of Śambhu ... two kindled garlands of lamps ... on the day of his [birth], thus, every month, ... agin, himself.

11-12Year 5, fifth↓1, of the king Māṟañ Caṭaiyaṉ.
12-21[In] Tirupputtūr, a brahmadeya in the Kōḻuvūrkkūṟṟam, the old gold coins, full and undiminished (niṟai kuṟaiyā), that [l, ] Tattaṉ Māṟaṉ, lord of Iṭaiyāru, versed in the Vedas and the Vedāṅgas (vēti-c-caṭaṅkavi), Oloccaṉṟu, son of the lord of Maṇalūr, I have given for lighting one perpetual lamp for the lord (perumāṉaṭikaḷ) of the glorious Taḷi in this village [are] 15 fifteen↓2.
