    1-2 Twelfth year of the victorious king Narasiṁhavarman. 

    3-5 [This is] the stone [of] Koṟṟaviṇaṟṟa Kuṉṟāṉaṟ, the servant [of] the glorious Gaṅga king, he who fell when the glorious Gaṅga king attacked ... (ce vōr) marching upon Vā ccaṉ, the son [of] the Koṅkaṇi king.
