    4toṟu Iṭuvittu paṭṭār vaṇṇakka cāttaṉār

    Translation by Emmanuel Francis

    1-2 Twelfth year of the victorious king Narasiṁhavarman. 

    3-5 Vaṇṇakka Cāttaṉār, the servant [of] Pakaimatar, the man (āḷ) [of] Pācāṟu in Mīkoṉṟaināṭu, fell recapturing cattle.
