    Translation by Emmanuel Francis

    1 Prosperity! Fortune!

1 I, Kanticcāṉi, a Brahman lady, [wife of] Kuravaciri Tukkaṭi Bhaṭṭa of Uttaramērucaturvedimaṅgala, I have given for the Cittirakūṭam that the great men of this village have built.

2 I have given ten poṉ for the sake of a glorious lamp for Nārāyaṇasvāmi.

2 The feet of the members of the assembly who will protect this [pious donation] are on the head of me, [their] servant.
