    1 Prosperity! Fortune!

    1 Twenty-third year of the victorious king Kampavikramavarman. 

    1-4 Having had a glorious temple made for Nārāyaṇabhaṭṭār [of/at] Kāṭṭuttumpūr in the Paṅkaḷanāṭu in the Paṭuvūrkkōṭṭam, having had created (it) under the name of “temple of Viṣṇu at/of Kaṉakavalli”, for this [temple], so that there be [provisions] for worship at three times and for glorious food three times, a perpetual lamp and the livelihood of the worshipper↓1, a land east of the tank at/of Kaṉakavalli in this nāṭu in this kōṭṭam↓2 [was granted]
