    2-5 I, Kuvāvaṉ Cāttaṉ, alias Viṭēlviṭuku Muttaraiyaṉ, having scooped the hill [at] Tiruvāvattūr as a temple and having installed the lord (bhaṭārar↓1 ), this temple [...] the members of the nāṭu assembly of the Eastern Ceṅkaḷināṭu [...] that [...] has done for/to the members of the nāṭu [...]
