(p. 33): "Much damaged and stones out of order. The introduction commences with the words cīr maṉṉi malar makaḷum, etc. Seems to record a sale in publication of a land situated in Paṉaṅkuṭi, a hamlet of Tiruvāli alias Mummuṭicōḻa-caturvedimaṅgalam, in Rājādhirāja-vaḷanāṭu, to the temple of Tiruttōṇipuramuṭaiyār and the shrine of Tiruveṇkāṭuṭaiyār set up in it by a certain Kāliṅka-rāyaṉ. Mentions the Royal Secretary (tirumantiravōlai) Neṟiyuṭaiccōḻa-Mūvēntavēḷāṉ."
